The company employs a combination of hardware, software and system engineers in support of the products and services marketed by the company. Our technically qualified application engineers all have strong software base for customers with software driver integration and installation problems - a constant source of customer frustration. We have a technical facility whereby problems exhibited in the field can be closely replicated in the laboratory, thus facilitating fault analysis and diagnosis. This reduces frustrating experiences in trying to get direct help from the manufactures and allows us to provide quality technical support in the same time zone! If you have a system in mind, why not contact our staff directly.
There are no drivers or software on our web site. Most of our products come with drivers and all our suppliers have drivers on their web sites. Alternatively, drivers can be obtained from us via email, via external file transfer service (i.e. wetransfer.com), can be uploaded to our website or can be put on CD and posted to you if necessary.
If there is anything that you would like us to do, please feel free to contact us for advice. We have lots of experience in PCB design, chassis design, pre-loading software, part systems builds (i.e fitting processor/memory etc to cards), building full systems, temperature screening parts and generating Windows XP Embedded and Windows Embedded Standard 7 images. Check out our Custom Design Website page for more details.
